The new promotional video for the American Society of Media Photographers recently honored me by featuring one of my images along with the work of other professional photographers. The video titled “I Am A Professional ” highlights the variety and versatility of the work of ASMP members and promotes their “Find a Photographer” search engine. I have been a long time member of ASMP, a premier trade association with nearly 7,000 members and 39 chapters.
The “Find a Photographer” database can be searched by location and specialty worldwide, and even with an iPhone app. I recently completed assignments for Velux, Volvo Aero and Joseph Garnter GmbH – international companies who all found me through ASMP’s site. My image in the one minute video is of a chemist in an industrial lab – don’t blink. Click on window below to watch:
